Monk’s Power Washing started with a cheap Ryobi power washer, some elbow grease, and a dream.  From there Monk started power washing sidewalks, driveways, small parking lots, and anything else that needed a deep cleaning.  It was Monk’s attention to detail and desire to provide the very best service that allowed him to grow into the business we have today.  

Fast forward to today.  I’m David Sanders, Monk’s son, business partner, and biggest fan!  My goal is to continue to build my father’s business by providing the same quality service he provided for years before me. 

Ryobi still has a place in our hearts, but we have added some upgraded equipment, including state of the art power washing equipment and top of the line cleaning compounds.
